This Year's Model Updates:

To celebrate 20 years of building minivans, Dodge will offer an Anniversary Edition package for the Grand Caravan with such features as chrome wheels, two-tone leather upholstery, embroidered floor mats and an in-dash CD/DVD changer paired with a rear entertainment system. Additionally, the company has simplified the trim level structure this year, so that buyers need only choose a base SE, a midlevel EX or a top-of-the-line SXT. The Grand Caravan also gets a tire-pressure monitor, upgraded audio systems and a new integrated key/remote.

Pros:
  • Excellent ride and handling characteristics, good low-end pull from 3.8-liter V6, roomy cabin, comfortable seats.
Cons:
  • No fold-flat third-row seat, unimpressive reliability history, subpar frontal offset crash test score, low resale value.

This is the minivan for everyone. I did alot of research, and comparing (13 Dealerships!) The van is far better than any other on the market right now. And with the rebates...Wow! Bergeys Dodge (The dealership I bought at) and the sales person Tom Frack, was very helpful. Grand Caravan 100% Dealership 100% Salesperson 100%

Superior power at 210 hp. Responsive out of the gate. SXT comes standard with all wheel disk brakes. Seating for six but long haul is comfortable for only six. Drives like a car. Cornering is no problem. DVD rear seat video is great for long trips or keeping children/grandchildren quiet. I truly love this vehicle.

THE CAR IS AWESOME TO LOOK AT. HAS ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES I WANTED IN THE LIMITED CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. MY KIDS ARE THRILLED WITH THE DVD AND 6 DISC CHANGER. A BEAUTIFUL CAR WITH NICE RIMS TO MATCH. A GOOD PRICE ON THIS CAR.

Minivan is fun to drive. Powerful motor, good looks, and plenty of space. Looked at all types and makes of minivans and this is the best out there!

We use this van for travel to Columbus at least twice/month. Also travel with 4 to 6 friends to the casinos twice to four times monthly. All comment on ride and comfort. Full compliment of riders allows for 23.3mpg. Average use is about 2500+ miles/month. Am looking foward to new model in fall of 2007. Im sure we will get another trouble free year and a half on this van.

We bought this van b/c it was far cheaper than the Odyssey. It had been a great car until about a year ago. Now 5 years old, its beginning to disappoint us. Its little things: theres a rattle in both sides of the front suspension, the front windows arent working, trim is popping loose on the sides, the water pump went out and both doors have had the wiring harnesses replaced. Unfortunately, the warranty ran out long ago. The van drives/rides great. Its great on trips, but long-term reliability is questionable. Also, our mpg has never been good. Its now down to 18- unacceptable in a V6 minivan rated higher than that. Even on straight interstate we only get 21 or 22 mpgs.

Ive only been driving this van for 3 months, but have had no problems at all. Its fairly comfortable, and I like the fact that the second row seats are spaced apart from each other.
